So this movie is set in and around Vancouver even if they don’t out right say so. The Millions dead are the people who are in the radius of the cloud of the stupid NRX drug that this whole story is based on. In the minds of this films production team showing down town Vancouver should be enough for most viewers to think they are seeing a vast Metropolis. It is this that is supposed to make you think that Millions of people were infected, and things spread out from there. This is a very bad movie really there is nothing here for anyone to Enjoy. You have a very forced story that all of the actors seem confused about as they deliver their lines, and run around acting afraid of each other shouting, and shooting.
