Story… Lala Kedarnath, the eldest and only brother of 4 sisters, runs a chaat shop that was started by his father. Lala promises his frail mother on her deathbed that he will get married only after he fulfills the responsibility of marrying his sisters into suitable homes first. What follows is Lala’s relentless efforts of getting his sisters married while upholding his family values. At the same time, Lala also faces hiccups on the personal front, his romantic life with his childhood love Sapna. However, Lala’s commitment to his sisters stands as a huge roadblock for his and Sapna’s love story to take off. Writer kanika dhillon does not seem to understand core Indian Value or culture. Any good writer could have written a true emotional story on this subject . But Writer of this movie donot understand ABC of writing and made mess out of it. Akshay Kumar and other actors despite of good acting could not save the movie from disaster.

Bollywood is in the midst of a mess right now, battling the clamour for boycott on social media and an ongoing flop streak at the box office. The common viewer is perhaps not happy with what lands on the plate. Filmmakers need to realise this sordid truth fast, beyond churning out assembly-line products solely aimed at a few quick bucks.

Akshay please stop Irritating audiences by your pathetic acting. Please bring some change in your acting skills. Stop doing back to back movies. AK should give enough time for a Movie. The movie is short. Nothing new, same old story packed in old style. Direction is good as well as Cinematography. Music is average unlike other Himesh’s blockbusters. Pednekar’s performance was similar to Toilet ek prem Katha. I would recommend to watch on OTT.
