Paradise City (2022) Movie full Review

The location of Paradise City was breathtaking, I think that I’d like to visit there one day. Another movie pumped out, with Bruce Willis among the top billing. Like most of the recent Bruce Releases, the quality is rubbish and the acting is wooden, and the overall vibe is frustrating. Enough of Bruce.

Upon seeing that John Travolta and Stephen Dorff were also starring, I thought that this movie couldn’t fail. Well, sadly, I was wrong. John Travolta, I’m guessing, acted to what the director wanted, which was crap. A couple of times he came out of character and I could see that JT was still there. Was the acting dumbed down to be on par with Bruce? Who knows. Dorff? I really don’t have much to say that would praise his work, he looked frustrated. Amber Abara was a pleasure to watch.

This has been one of Bruce’s best performances recently, but it’s still below average. The movie could have been so much better, the mark was missed, but still managed to get above average. Would I recommend this, yes.
