Jilla (2014) Movie full Review

Its one of those Commercial rockets. Works primarily B-COS although its got stars, its got a engrossing story that keeps claiming attention. Something or other happens in Jilla ! either somebody is comical or somebody is fighting a war or somebody is asking justice. Its this “story-laden” aspect that works big-time for this movie. on the flip side, there was probably too much story. every scene had detailing which worked largely positively and at times, over-whelmed the frame. But try telling that to vijay die-hard fans ! Direction was smooth. Not over- doing anything and good tempo maintained throughout. I wonder why there were complaints on the pacing. i look forward to good story-telling and pacing is never a deterrent in an action masala. overall, Jolly enjoyable film
