Fortress: Sniper’s Eye (2022) Movie full Review

The first movie was terrible, when they announced they wanted to make a trilogy I laughed and assumed they had no chance especially with Bruce Willis announcing his retirement. Yet somehow here we are, a movie released a month or two after Willis retired. Same low budget, fishy acting, embarrassing script and woeful plot. I had to really motivate myself to see Willis penultimate movie because he was always one of my favourite actors but god this was a struggle to get through. Suggest you don’t waste your time because it’s so bad it’s not even funny.

It is simply the worst attempt at an action movie I have ever wasted my time watching. Stilted dialogue, overacting, totally uncoordinated fight choreography, lousy vehicle sequences. A real shame that an established actor like Bruce Willis appears in this, his legacy shouldn’t end like this. It could have ended with The Expendables and we would all be happy, not because those are excellent movies, but for the fact of putting together each and every one of the action actors of the 80’s that we wanted to see so much in the same movie.
